Next generation video curation

Curating brilliant user-generated content usually requires precious time and a range of skills including design, videography, communications and community management. Not now. With StoryTagger’s Campaign Manager we’ve made the platform a whole lot smarter.

This major update will transform your video curation workflows providing extra scale, creativity and flexibility. Your curators can set up a campaign and invite storytellers before their coffee cools down. With extensive resources, templates and analytics they’ll even develop critical new skills to support this fast growing way to learn and communicate.

We’ve listened to customers, analysed workflows and been inspired by leading enterprise communications platforms to create the best possible selfie video tool for work.

NEW ONBOARDING TOOLS

Easier to invite and nudge creators

Automatically enrol your people with StoryTagger by importing an email list or simply add their addresses manually.

You can specify story packs and individual topics you need them to contribute to.

Combined with powerful engagement features you’ll never struggle to reach and nudge your people again.

ENHANCED INTERVIEW DESIGN

An extensive template library for enterprise storytelling

Even if your team has no experience of writing interview questions or story arcs, Campaign Manager will help them craft the perfect framework. With our most popular templates included in the platform, around eight core themes, you can choose whether to curate sound bites, short form or longer video stories:
    • Advocacy
    • Career and people
    • Change and innovation
    • Communication updates
    • Conferences and events
    • Development programmes
    • Knowledge sharing
    • Research and evaluation
A step-by-step design process nurtures a creative environment with app previews so you can check out instantly what your people will see.
NEW ENGAGEMENT TOOLS

Automated tools for smarter communications

Curating user-generated video doesn’t need to be complicated, or a time soak.

Our new suite of audience engagement tools are designed to make running campaigns a cinch.

Add deadlines, customise automated messages and set up custom events to nudge and notify your people at key moments during the reflection and recording process.

SHARING YOUR STORYTAGGER VIDEOS

Generate subtitles

Video is distributed on so many channels and in so many different languages so it’s super-important to have a modular subtitling process to meet your audience needs. StoryTagger’s Campaign Manager generates standard SRT files compatible with the majority of popular video platforms. This avoids clunky, embedded and one-use subtitles.

Compatible platforms include:

 BUILDING TRUST WITH CREATORS

Enhanced GDPR and privacy controls

We believe that people should feel in control of the content they create – it’s an important part of the trust contract we have with them. It’s good practice and many laws are changing to enforce this.

For each campaign, you can create a custom GDPR form that captures consent and informs students, employees and customers of how their videos will be used.

Within the app, people can manage their GDPR preferences, review agreements, and notify your curation team if they wish to withdraw consent.
